This program supports individuals, groups, and organisations with loans towards capital improvements and equipment purchases.

As the applicant, you must be:

an individual artist who has lived in Tasmania for six of the last 12 months and is over the age of 18
a member of a group of artists who have lived in Tasmania for six of the last 12 months and are all over the age of 18
an arts organisation based in Tasmania
a cultural heritage organisation based in Tasmania.

All applicants must meet Arts Tasmania’s general eligibility requirements.
