Public art - Moonah Primary School (074549)

Submissions closed at midnight 11 November 2019 (AEDT).

Proposals are invited from visual artists for an artwork to be integrated into the brickwork of Moonah Primary School’s new kindergarten building.

The school sees kindergarten as providing the ‘building blocks’ of learning, and of families’ entry into the school community. It would like to commission an artwork which is built into forms part of a new exterior wall at the entry point to the kindergarten.

The work can be specified in brick or other suitable materials with the assistance of the architect, and will be constructed by the building contractor.

This commission is open to Tasmanian artists only.
