Public Art - Disability Commissioner Tasmania

Disability Commissioner Tasmania has a new office in Hobart.

We would like to purchase 2D artwork for the walls of the office.

If you are a Tasmanian artist with disability, we invite you to complete an application form.

The application form will ask you to provide photographs of 2D artwork you have made, that is available for sale.

Form instructions

This form is best used on a desktop or laptop computer.

You can save and return to this online form as many times as you wish before applications close.

If you wish to save your application before you have finished it, press 'Save and Close' and log out. You can continue filling in your application when you log back in and click on the 'My Submissions' link at the top of the screen.

Some questions in the form are marked with a red asterisk (*). These are questions you must answer. You can save the form at any time without finishing the questions. However, you will need to answer all the questions marked with a red asterisk (*) before you can submit your form.

When your form is complete, press 'submit' on the final page to submit your application.
