Strategic initiatives and service organisations - music

PROGRAM INFORMATION

This one-off program will provide funding of $150,000 to support an organisation to deliver services in the art form area of music, in line with the goals of the Cultural and Creative Industries Recovery Strategy: 2020 and Beyond.

The supported organisation will:

• provide advocacy for Tasmania’s music sector (including contemporary music and festivals)
• engage with and implement national initiatives including engagement with Music Australia, and
• develop and deliver initiatives that support professional artists and arts workers from across Tasmania’s music industry to build sustainable career paths.

Applications will be accepted from music-focused service organisations based in Tasmania.
